How much are manicures/ped’s ect…at a nice spa type place but not a super expensive place?
Super expensive meaning rich people, I’m just an average jill. I want to take my mom to get a few treatments done. How will I know if it will be a good treatment (product wise) and if it is worth the money it costs?
I live in Manitoba, Canada so if you know of a good chain of places or one here let me know!
Find a beauty school…they have to practice on someone and they are under supervision…it is not free BUT it is cheap…
Depression – What is depression?
The latter type, sometimes called "clinical depression" is defined as "a persistent exaggeration of everyday feelings that accompany grief. "

How can reduce the risk of depression?

Drug treatments
